Трёхкомнатная квартира со свежим ремонтом. Для вашего удобства имеются три изолированные комнаты и раздельный санузел. В двух комнатах имеются кровати шириной 160 см с удобными матрасами. И в одной из комнат расположены две односпальные кровати шириной на 90см.
Квартира расположена в 300 метрах от жд вокзала и 700 метрах от авто вокзала. Площадь у жд вокзала является большой развязкой общественного транспорта от которой можно добраться в любую точку города и добраться до близлежащих городов и других районов области.
Имеется минимальный приветственный набор: чай, кофе, сахар, растительное масло.

Не для шумных вечеринок.

Advantages:

Очень довольны, хорошая квартира. Комфортные кровати, чистое бельё. Почти всё необходимое есть. Не хватало пончиков для одежды и возможности их развесить. Заселение контактное, но встреча прошла комфортно.
