Уютная евродвушка в тихом центре города. Только что после ремонта, ещё никто не жил.

Есть все необходимое для проживания, чего нет, по запросу дополним, в том числе для маленьких детей (кроватка, стульчик, манеж...).

Проживание с животными строго запрещено.
Вечеринки строго запрещены.

Курение особо строго запрещено везде, в квартире, на балконе (все затягивает к соседям), в подъезде и у подъезда.

По желанию раз в неделю могу осуществлять уборку за отдельную плату, но при проживании конечно же требуется предельная аккуратность.

Для заселения необходимы паспортные данные.
