Advantages:

Были проездом, остановились на ночь. С хозяином можно быстро решить вопросы по заезду и отъезду. Постельное, полотенце, посуда, телевизор, вай фай-все норм. Соседи спокойные. Отдохнули-поехали дальше, спасибо.
